Started his career as Guitar Player touring with Patricia Lopez, Pino Daniele, Eugenio Bennato and Nino Buonocore and his group Zooming On The Zoo (Casablanca/Polygram). In 1982 after many years as session playing Max started work as engineer at Executive studios recording with many local artist. But the turning point on his career happens when Susan Ciani calls him for the pre-production of the album "Hotel Luna". That collaboration was the connection with the Capri Digital Studios, a world class facility just open and at the top of the studio world scene for many years to came. During that period Max had the opportunity to work as House engineer and then as Chief Engineer with many international artists including Aerosmith, Roxette, Inxs, Power Station, Tomohiasu Hotey, Pascal Obispo Robert Palmer, Zucchero, Franco Battiato and many, many others (see the credits). During the years at Capri Studio Max had the opportunity to work with many A list engineers and mixer and to learn from them (Humberto Gatica and Mike Fraser are the ones Max own most). Eventually, after 10 years with the studio, Max went Free Lance recording and mixing with artists all around europe including Peter Maffay (Ger). Max then started his own production company and started producing and mixing up until now. Max still free lance and apart from working in world class facilites he has now his own mixing room based around a large Pro Tools HD system to deliver world class mixes that are also "budget conscious".
